The agent that helped me at the check in was delightful. So friendly and assisted me with an issue I had encountered securing a rental car from other agencies. She was dedicated to making my experience seamless and successful.

I didn’t get the car, because there weren’t cars available and I had to cancelled my plans.

I liked that they accommodated by request to pick up the care earlier than originally booked. Albeit for the price of renting it for one more day. I did not like that * the car I got warned that an oil change was required right from the pick up and all through our holidays. Turns out the regular car inspections had already been delayed by nearly 10,000 km (needed at 30K, we got the car at 38K). * when calling them, it always took several attempts to get through, the connection was always spotty * upon pick up, a sequence of "just 5 minutes", "just another 20 minutes" resulted in waiting nearly an hour for the car to be ready

Pick-up and drop off process was slow. Car was dirty inside.

Wouldn't accept a debit card. Wish that I was made aware of this. I was unable to rent the vehicle. Major inconvenience.

Did not have the full-sized Premium car I had ordered, and tried to convince me repeatedly that a Malibu was the same size and class as a Charger and would not offer me a discount when requested. Also took almost an hour to process - seemed quite disorganized and disconnected to customer service.

There was one guy at the check out counter on Saturday morning. I stood in line for 40 mins to pick up my car. Is this normal?

Toyota Corolla is a really nice car to drive, it has added safety when it comes with radar to check blind spots on sides mirrors and slip lines (crossing lanes) warning. I like this feature so much! The car was so dirty when picking up, The Hertz franchise "Dollar", their staff at SW Marine drive did not well prepared the car to the next customer.

The staff members were really helpful and friendly. Worth for the money spent.

Didn’t get the car I was supposed to get. I was supposed to get a small compact like a Chevrolet Spark or similar and instead got an SUV. I tried to reserve a small car because it would be better on gas. It also costed more and I suppose I got the dealers choice instead. Good clean car and newer model but did not get what I reserved.

We arrived to pick up our vehicle, only to find out that the rental office was closed, despite the sign on the door stating that they should still have been open, according to their hours. We had to wait until the nest day to pick up our car, despite having been charged for the first day. Drop-off was extremely unprofessional, and left us worried that we might have been caught in a scam. A handwritten note taped to the rental office window had a number that we had to call. A man came without any clear indicators that he actually worked for the company and asked me to show where I'd parked, at which point I handed over the keys and he left with the rental car. We never received a receipt or any confirmation that the car had been properly returned. It's been two days and I still have yet to hear from the company. I wouldn't recommend this rental company to anyone.

My flight back to hometown was at 7am, but Europcar opens at 8am. They did not have a shuttle service to get us back to the airport. We had to get two taxis since it was 5 of us with 5 luggage. This was around 120$ extra.
