The upgraded car was nice But nobody delivered the car - we have to find out it among other cars in a very big parking Also nobody explained who it works We have to find out by ourselves
Charged me double what was on the voucher!! Just told that they will not rent me car without their own full insurance which costs as much as the rental fee, even when I tried to actively refuse, they told either pay for insurance or we will not give you the car and hold the prepayment anyway. Fraudsters!

I am not from the USA but at arrival they told me that I did the booking from an american website and that I need to pay extra 250 euro's for insurance that is not covered for non-US citizens.
It should be clearly stated in your advert that insurance is NOT included. This was twice as expensive as expected. Advertising a low price and then doubling the price by adding some mandatory costs is illegal in Europe.
