Our reservation did not proceed because they don't have have a unit available. They said a voicemail was sent to us but sadly we don't have voicemail in your country. An email would be nice because the confirmation was sent by email, so we were expecting any notice to come by email.

I was charged more that was quoted, and upon delivery of the car at my destination, I was neither in the system nor was the drop off site in Bakersfield, CA able to process my return at the AM hour. As of this comment (Dec. 7, 2021, 11:28pm), the car has been returned, but my account has not been closed out.

I really loved the professionalism of the desks person at this location, he was super friendly, professional and fast on the process. The car was ok but I was a bit nervous because the first day I drove the car the check engine light pop up and was asking for service I thought it won’t make it to my Northern California trip but somehow it did make it back without any other issues.

when I checked in at PS airport the worker there processed me really fast but never asked if I wanted a printed receipt or one sent by e-mail. she sent it by e-mail without asking what my preference was

Only thing that could have been better is that I didn't know the insurance I purchased through Kayak didn't cover everything, since in California you also need a life-insurance policy for drivers. That added another ~$20, which isn't much, so it wasn't a big inconvenience, just would have been nice to know beforehand. Maybe I missed it in the print somewhere.

We booked a rental car for Friday March 18th and Thursday March 17th in the evening we received a call that they did not have any cars available! Incredibly frustrating! We were stranded at our hotel, our expectation was that if we reserved a car there would be a car for us.

Got a good deal on the price.

Annoyed that the customer representative wouldn't change the fuel level on the document. Said that the car has sensor and the computer would pick up the fuel amount. I doubted what he said so I took a picture of the fuel gauge at the beginning of the rental. Upon return of the vehicle they tried to charge me 77 bucks for refuel fee. Luckily I showed them the picture I took before so they cancelled the charge. Didn't know if the guy was trying to screw with me or what.
