A charming coastal city, World Heritage rainforest and pumping surf are in your backyard, at Coffs Harbour camping sites. Disappear into seclusion on sunny beaches, spot kangaroos, possums, whales and turtles, dine with the locals on Harbour Drive and don’t forget to take a pic at the iconic Big Banana.

Coffs Harbour Camping – North Coast Holiday Parks North Beach

The beach, river and Bongil Bongil National Park are your playgrounds at North Coast Holiday Parks North Beach. Pitch your tent on a powered or unpowered site, or save yourself the trouble and stay in a fully equipped Beach Tent or Cabin. The kids will love the Putt Putt golf course and there’s a ramp to put the boat in, for fishing and idling down the Bellinger River.

A pool, kiosk, barbeques and camp kitchen mean you don’t have to go offsite. However, when it’s time to explore, Coffs Harbour town is close by, as is the World Heritage Dorrigo National Park, local markets, craft shops and endless opportunities for bird watching.

NRMA Darlington Beach Holiday Park

Coffs Harbour camping, at NRMA Darlington Beach Holiday Park, stretches across 110 acres of coastal forest, with Arrawarra Beach at your doorstep. Set up camp in sub-tropical bushland and get ready to meet the local kangaroos, relax by the pool or take a swing at the 9-hole golf course.

When the kids are well and truly waterlogged after a day at the beach, there’s a giant jumping pillow, archery, sports field, tennis courts and toddler’s playground to keep them happy. If you’re after a little luxury, opt for a lagoon spa villa or a lagoon safari tent and dine out at Ponds Café, onsite.

Waterfront sunsets with a beer or wine, overlooking the river, characterise Coffs Harbour camping sites. At the Bellinger River Tourist Park, sites up to 20 metres long accommodate camper trailers, caravans and large motor homes. For tent dwellers, choose sunny or shady spots just steps from the river bank.

You won’t need to pack the cooking equipment, as the camp kitchen offers two full sized fridges, a four burner gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and a TV to keep you company while you’re making dinner.
