Pros (+) Excellent breakfast and lovely snacks put out in the lounge in the afternoon. Location is fantastic for everywhere in Lisbon. 15/20 minute easy walk to the harbour for boat trips - short walk either side to the funicular tram to take up to the castle and to Barrio Alto. All staff very friendly. Rooms are big and comfortable. Indoor Pool and gym are small but well equipped.

Pros (+) The hotel is very nice, staff was very helpful. It was possible to get an early check in, room was clean and cozy. There is a welcome from in the room with Porto wine. Hotel also offers some extra drinks like coffee, tea and porto wines with sole cookies in the lobby. Check out time is 12 which is quite really seldom. Breakfast time is also very long from 7 am till 12.30 Swimming pool operated 24/...

Pros (+) The size and decor of the rooms, the comfortable beds, the tall soundproofed windows overlooking the Avenida. The staff are also really warm and friendly. You won’t be short of great restaurants to walk to! Can definitely recommend.
Cons (-) The ability to make hot drinks in the room would have been great - they offer that in the lounge in the afternoon but it would have been nicer in the room. Also we felt the housekeeping wasn’t quite up to scratch - they left coffee cups we had brought from the lounge (kept meaning to return them) and took away a wet bath towel but didn’t replace it, so I used a small hand towel for my shower.
Pros (+) Fantastic location, very nice decor, nice comfortable rooms, availability of coffee, tea and snacks throughout, nice breakfast, lovely staff. Very comfortable and pleasant to have a meeting in the lobby.

Pros (+) Fabulous comfortable rooms in a great central location. Included breakfast was excellent. Staff are marvelous, friendly and helpful. If we're back in Lisbon this would be our choice.
