Excellent service. Attentive staff. Incredible views of river and city
No elevator, so if you are staying on the upper floors be prepared for lots of stairs. But totally worth the effort.
The property was lovely and a fabulous location in the Castelo area.
All the staff were amazing especially Rio and Francois 👍

Be warned there are no lifts! Not a problem for us but it does keep you fit!
Excellent breakfast, great choices. Freshly baked cakes, salmon, eggs, whatever you wish for. Unlimited delicious espressos.

There is not an elevator at the property so it might be a bit hard for some people especially if your room is at the top floor.

Hotel was close to St Jorge Castle. Tram access to town close by. Staff were so lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent buffet breakfast. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Would definitely recommend.
Very hilly but that can't be helped and we got used to it.
We really enjoyed our stay at Solar dos Mouros, all of the hotel staff extremely helpful and friendly. Francois in particular gave us some great recommendations and was always very welcoming. A Lift ! I'm Joking, taking the stairs is better for you.
