Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the excellent location and friendly service provided by the hotel staff, with many mentioning the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. The breakfast, as well as the bar and interior decoration, were also highlighted positively. However, several reviews pointed out the high prices and poor value for money, with some guests feeling that the atmosphere was overly dark and goth-like, and that the amenities offered could have been better.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) A stylish and special boutique hotel in the heart of London . Attention to details . The bar the cocktails ☺️
Cons (-) The hotel restaurant is not open on a Sunday evening or at any time on Monday it seems. Everything was very dark !
Pros (+) Staff were amazing as soon as we checked in
Cons (-) Terrace room was a bit smaller than I expected
Pros (+) Staff were friendly
Cons (-) The property does not match the price point at all. It's very bland and rushed decoration, room was quite small (even though it was a terrace room). It just screamed wanting to save money/operational cost...
Pros (+) The property is absolutely beautiful. So unique and makes you feel like you’re in a completely different place.
Pros (+) Interesting property, very good location. Good bathroom amenities.
Cons (-) The terraced room was really just a room with access to an outdoor corridor! So not so much privacy.
Pros (+) The location
Cons (-) To hotel was too dark, especially the entrance way which made it very unwelcoming on arrival. The hotel was extremely expensive, disproportionately so, when compared to other operators of food and beverage at this level. The key system is archaic, heavy, and too hard to manage. Practically evaporated at the expense of being cool.
Pros (+) The staff was amaizing. Only had breakfast at the hotel, but amazing as well.
Cons (-) The bed was too uncomfortable. The matress should be changed.
