Pros (+) Staff were friendly
Cons (-) The property does not match the price point at all. It's very bland and rushed decoration, room was quite small (even though it was a terrace room). It just screamed wanting to save money/operational cost...
Pros (+) The property is absolutely beautiful. So unique and makes you feel like you’re in a completely different place.
Pros (+) Interesting property, very good location. Good bathroom amenities.
Cons (-) The terraced room was really just a room with access to an outdoor corridor! So not so much privacy.
Pros (+) The location
Cons (-) To hotel was too dark, especially the entrance way which made it very unwelcoming on arrival. The hotel was extremely expensive, disproportionately so, when compared to other operators of food and beverage at this level. The key system is archaic, heavy, and too hard to manage. Practically evaporated at the expense of being cool.
Pros (+) The staff was amaizing. Only had breakfast at the hotel, but amazing as well.
Cons (-) The bed was too uncomfortable. The matress should be changed.
Cons (-) For a 5 star hotel charging £400+ per night, an extra “cleaning service charge” of £23/night upon checkout is just absurd. No other respectable hotel does this.
Cons (-) My expensive terrace room had a very bad sound isolation. I could hear the DJ from 8pm to 1am as if I was on the dancefloor, even with earplugs. Therefore I could not sleep which is a shame for a hotel. I asked to check out the next day and to get refund for the next 2 nights (DJ in da house again!) and the manager did not accept under the pretext that my reservation came through booking.com. They...

Pros (+) There was not one thing I liked about this property. It is advertised and photographed in a way that is completely misleading. After more research, I realized the reason this hotel is rated so high is they are combing ratings from their bar and restaurants in with the hotel. This is a way of cheating the algorithm, just be aware, this is NOT a five star hotel. There was one concierge who was very ...
Cons (-) I arrived at the hotel and was only there an hour or so when someone entered my room while I was asleep, it was dark and they ran out as soon as they saw me sit up. I tried calling the front desk but naturally the phone was broken. I called from my cell and they said they would look into it and get back to me, but did not seem too concerned. As a female, I found this rather alarming. The room alwa...
