The atmosphere and customer service at The Savoy was second to none, a great experience indeed! Fantastic staff in the Gallery restaurant, especially Miss Roselyn. Concierge Darren and front desk Arthur super helpful.
I loved everything, there is nothing to dislike, perhaps some may feel it's expensive but for me it was well worth it.
The beauty and history
We couldn't get Alchohol at 10pm Sunday. We were offered self service coffee in paper cups! Roses on tables were silk.
Amazing staff and great rooms with plenty of room. Loved the American Bar with music in the evening

The location of the Savoy is excellent. I have mobility issues and need to use a mobility scooter but every effort was made to ensure I could access all areas of the hotel. Our booking included Breakfast which was an excellent choice, great value for money with lots of choice. The restaurant staff looked after all our requests with a warm smile and made us feel very welcome, we were able to spend ...
