The seats are very small and uncomfortable. The entertainment is very poor and the USB does not work. The crew is professional

What I've like the most was the check in experience, how seamless it was but when it was time to On-board the Priority Access did not work, as I was one of the last ones to be boarded to the plane, which was contradictory to the package I've paid for The food was very good indeed, no complaints there. Tasty as well What can Improve is sympathy by the staff when you get to Abu Dhabi. The people by the scanners were not sympathetic, more aggressive/rude. Sometimes you just need an indication of what to do and they are not helpful at all, but especially to one of the travellers Otherwise, it has been a very very pleasant experience. I'd still fly again with Etihad ❤️

The cabin crew were very friendly and helpful. The food was good. Boarding can be more smooth and faster. The list of regional movies can be better, more tamil films could be added.
