Overall flight was good. Check-in not so well as the staff member was quite rude. Crew on board was mostly good except for when we required assistance with an accident happened in our row and no one showed up till we pressed the crew button 5 times (approx 20min wait) - we could see behind us a crew member having a snack and deliberately ignoring us. Food was overall good (we requested a special meal and appreciated the efforts). Entertainment was very good

Had to wait in long que for transfer to International terminal by bus. International terminal then again required a bus to get to the plane.

The overall experience was as expected, however the departure from the aircraft from the rear of the aircraft was not acceptable. My wife is disabled and struggles with stairs and no assistance was offered. No announcement was given to ask if anyone needed assistance. Whilst we could of asked, i don't see why we should always be the ones to highlight her disability.
