One of the worst experiences with Iberia. Delayed. Crammed. Unbearably hot and 90 minutes!!! wait for luggage. I am an Iberia Platinum member for 20 years and this was simply unacceptable. 90 minutes after a 2 h flight almost doubles the travel time.

The time change at the last minute, made us go through bad days because when I arrived in Paris my suitcase did not arrive and I had a big scare because there were my painting materials to paint in the Louvre Museum... thank God and your support, my suitcase arrived the next day and I am already painting at the Louvre Museum.

Iberia is impossible for us to deal with. They lost both of our bags on our way to from the US to Casablanca and two weeks later we still have not gotten them both back, and we never got them while we were in Morocco. Their customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. We got zero help from them regarding the bags at any time.

The crew were very sullen. They were not able to handle their responsibilities and kept making excuses for economy passengers congregating in the aisles and people taking zoom work calls which everyone could hear and it disturbed the flight.
