Prompt rebooking and smooth transfer from my missed connection from Tokyo.. i m satisfied with United on their professional handling of the new rebooking of the flight to Newark..

First, the airline canceled my return flight leaving me and my family stranded. I spent 5 hours at the airport trying m to get on another flight. They only provided a 15 food voucher for their mistake. Will never fly with this airline again. Beware
