Very smooth all around, surprisingly good experience compared to most developing world airlines I've used. 737 max was incredibly smooth as well

Smooth flight, check in was easy, very seamless for a developing world airline They checked one of our bags at the gate but it was out by the time we got to the carousel

We were left at the runaway for about an hour. Almost missed our connection flight. The pilot gave us only one or two adverts during this hole period. The crew wasn’t polite the time we waited for a spot to disembark.

It was good. Friendly staff. Had a slight delay but everything went well.

The flight was delayed for about an hour and we missed our connecting flight. We were forced to pay for our carry on $240 dollars. In Bogota , we were placed in a hotel with no air conditioner. I have not been able to sleep with the heat and noise from the street. We wish we can change our return flight with different carriers.
