The person at the desk chastised us for showing up almost 2 hours ahead instead of 3 hours. She made us super anxious and said “good luck making it.” She knew we had military IDs and TSA pre-check so she could have said, “you should be fine if you go through the military line for passport control.” We had more than enough time and even stopped for breakfast. Making us nervous was unnecessary.

Extremely late boarding, rescheduling of flights. 4.5 hour flight turned into 14 hour day. Horrible company.

It was horrible! I paid for the comfort seating, sat in a window seat, in the middle seat was a woman with a service dog that encroached on my space; not fair to her, to the dog or to the passengers next to her that had paid extra to have a good seat! So unfair, I want my money back for having suffered on a red eye flight from Vancouver to Atlanta. Next time I will choose a different airline, this was ridiculous!!
