Very smooth flight. Boarded on time. Food was average but better than the outbound flight. We were held for 45 minutes after we boarded so the arrival time was late. It would have been good to some updates as to why we were been held. Dublin airport was a complete zoo. Halifax airport was excellent

Horribly HORRIBLY uncomfortable seating, like sardines in a cement can. it’s seemingly too much for a billion dollar company to provide their paying customers seats that are even remotely comfortable with some breathing room.

Baggage fees not as advertised.

Baggage fees were not as advertised and adding bags to my reservation was not possible until check-in. Neither airline (Delta or WestJet) customer service was able to help me with issues because of 3rd party involvement with the reservation. I will never use mondo again to book travel.
