The location looked more like a warehouse than a car rental facility. And taking 2 shuttles is a bit much. But the prices for rentals was very good.

Price is competitive, but it's off site and requires two shuttles to get to. Their hours differ from the airlines, especially if you incur a delay so if your plane gets in late, they may be closed (in 2023 LAS is down one runway so delays are pretty common RN). In-car air filter is in desperate need of replacement, and be careful with insurance. Even the tiniest ding in the windshield and you'll wish you got the insurance. My biggest issue was the employee at the counter tried to upsell my into a different class car, stating that they were out of the cars I reserved. When I pressed that I'd rather wait, she checked in the back and magically there was another car ready to go. Something about it 'not yet showing up in the inventory on her screen'. Seems sus- don't trust. Will probably jus go with on-site rental next time.

We picked our car up, which was brand new with only 200 miles, and drove to breakfast. The car was broken into with the back window smashed. I called and spoke to someone who was very nice and understanding. When we returned to swap cars everyone was sympathetic and it was quick and easy to get our next car. This was in Las Vegas

I liked the car. It took me 2 hours to get my car. I booked a Tahoe and was told it was getting cleaned up. I was directed to wait for 15-20 minutes and then go to the spot where it would be. It was not there ever and then they parked a smaller SUV in that spot. I spoke to a garage assistant and they said it was coming. After an 11/2 hour wait, it was still unavailable. Then I was told they didn’t have a Tahoe and I would have to accept something else. I had no choice but to accept the smaller SUV after a 2 hr wait.

Well I reserved my car for 12, but when I got to the location they were at lunch. I waited 45 min for nothing as I was told when they got back I was at the 2nd location within the casino and needed to go to the other. Well they didn't have my card. The customer service agent was great, but I had to wait another 1.5 hours for my car to be ready. That sucked

when we got to pick up the car, they could not find our resey, took her awhile. Not sure why but she said it was because we booked on priceline. Price was super high, but I guess that's everywhere now.

The company did not have a vehicle for us despite having prepaid for it through their site. We were instructed by airport van rental to contact kayak which has no easily accessible numbers listed. They said that kayak would refund the charges once they called airport van rental to verify that the rental was never fulfilled. They deserve one star, and kayak deserves one star. If you see this review answer with your phone number please.

This is the worst company we ever rented car with! We arrived at the Las Vegas location on time to pick up our minivan. There were one family there ahead of us trying to pick up their minivan as well. The family were told there were no minivan available. They had to (basically were forced to) rent a big 15 person van to drive because they have no other back up plan. They complained at the spot for a long time because this was not they wanted. Too big to drive/park, not to mention the gasoline consumption. Then we had the same fate: no minivan but the huge van. This company is the worst! Please do not rent any cars from this location. They have no face and no credit. You will thank me later!

They needed more staff. When I arrived they didn’t have the vehicle that I had rented and prepaid for available. They should NOT be renting cars out they do not have in inventory. I rented a minivan for our party which had 2 over 75 senior citizens and a a disabled teenager. They didn’t have my vehicle and gave me a 15 passenger van that was dirty and clearly had been in multiple fender benders. Not only did they not give me what I thought I had paid for but they gave me something that was difficult to find parking for in Las Vegas, a fuel pig and It was difficult to get people in and out of not to mention a stroller / adaptive wheelchair. They told me to come back the next morning to pickup a minivan when they opened at 10 am. I didn’t end up getting the minivan from them until almost 2 pm the next day and only because I kept after them. It was dirty inside, and I had to take about 15 photos of the condition of it based on condition. It also had over 105,000 miles on it. On a short getaway having to spend over 8 extra hours over 2 days definitely failed my expectations and left me disappointed to say the least
