Not good. Had to wait one hour in line to pickup the car. And they overcharged me by $200 for fuel even though I refilled the tank to full.

Our experience was not good upon arriving at the airport we waited in line for an hour before getting to the counter only to be upsold by the counter guy. We received a clunker of a mini van that had to be returned halfway through our trip because the bottom was falling off and causing problem they did not come to us we had to come to the airport to exchange at which time they had over sold the cars and we waited over 2 hours to get a new vehicle leaving our daughter at the convention center alone. One employee literally would not help us because she was off at 2pm we finally got a manager who tried his best to make the situation right and turned it around. I have never seen so many unhappy people in my life it was pretty much a joke for thrifty and dollar. Will not use them in the future.

Positives: The second vehicle provided was nice. The return process was smooth. The price was cheap. Negatives: The pick-up process was a complete disaster. Waited over 2 hours after a flight to get a rental, when I pre-purchased. There was no Kiosk process available. It was frustrating watching all other company's having a smooth process. After 2 hours, I was given a rental, a Jeep, which didn't fit my requested seats needed. However, I just wanted to get out of the airport, with two kids. As we waited 15 minutes in line at the garage, we finally got to the exit gate. The nice lady at the gate asked for our keys and scanned a ticket. She then disclosed the bad news that the vehicle we were given is in need of service. We were instructed to pull out and pull back into the rental garage for a new vehicle. At this point, I explained my dissatisfaction with another worker. He provided us with a second rental, a ford SUV. After 35 more minutes of waiting, we exited the parking garage at MCO airport. It was an negative experience.

Crowdstrike outage cancelled our flight so we were unable to pick up our car. Dollar refused to refund us. We’re very disappointed.

MCO line up was over 2 hours to get to counter (at 11 pm). Only wanted one driver (wife, but I booked car so was charged for extra driver $14 per day), no choice. Have insurance but was charged extra without a choice. Told gas option was only $2.99 per gallon, took it but was charged much more ($80 for 1/2 a tank). No vehicle that was reserved was there (offered downgrade, but we were travelling with a disabled person so wasn't an option for us...no upgrade offered though vehicles were there)...had to wait for a vehicle to come in...was 3 am by this time. Worst car rental experience of my life!
