My paid reservation was set for 12 noon stood in line for three hours yes, three hours no exaggeration until I finally received. My frontal family had to sit in a hot airport for three hours. Totally irresponsible on the car rental company.

Bus never came by so we walked Line was a mile long and no cars were ready Did not have the car we rented Charged us for insurance we did not want Had to wait 20 minutes to RETURN the car

Absolutely awful. Reservation wasn't able to be moved from downtown Philadelphia to the airport location. The downtown location closed at 4 but our flight was delayed so we were unable to get there on time. Guy at the desk at the airport hertz straight up told us he can't help us. Didn't attempt anything. Ended up paying TWENTY NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a reservation I made that was supposed to be $900. Dumpster fire of a situation and won't be using kayak for this ever again. Nor Hertz for that matter. Get bent.

We arrived at the Wood St location and they told us they didn't have any vehicles. We then had to call Hertz and complain and find another location to get a car. They sent us to Amtrack location and got us in a dirty minivan after waiting 2.5hrs.

I book my rental approximately two to three weeks prior to receiving the rental. One day later, on Thursday May 4th, I receive a call stating that there were no vehicles available with the specifications I had requested. The company did not give me any wiggle room to be able to find another rental. I called as soon as I finished work, and the representative did not want to look for an alternative location that had the vehicle that I needed because they did not want to risk having me go through the same issue. On Friday May 5th, I call the location and nobody answered. I went ahead and contacted customer support and the representative told me that there were no locations in my area that had the vehicle I needed available. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that the manager was going to call me back and to this day I have not received a call back. I did not receive my rental and I have not been refunded my money.
